If you carry out a body check on our body analysis scales beforehand, the data from your body analysis will automatically be used as the basis for your training plan and saved in your user profile in the app for comparison with further body analysis measurements.

First clean the contact surfaces of the body analysis scales with the disinfectant wipes provided. Stand barefoot on the contact surfaces and follow the instructions on the display of the body analysis scale. At the end of the measurement, a QR code is shown on the display. Open the QR code scanner in your FITNESSBOX app and scan the QR code on the display. The results are now displayed and saved in your user profile in the app. You can either use them via our Virtual Coach as the basis for your individual training plan or use them as comparative values ​​for later body checks to monitor your training development.

If you are ill or pregnant, you can suspend your membership. You do not have to pay membership fees during this break. The contract period is extended by the respective duration of the rest period, i.e. it is "appended" to the end of your membership.

Persons under the age of 15 cannot become a member. For young people under the age of 18, a membership contract can only be concluded with the consent of a legal representative.
